Jean-Henri Fabre

was a French naturalist, entomologist, and author known for his pioneering work in the field of insect behavior. Born in Saint-Léons in the Aveyron region of France, Fabre displayed an early fascination with nature, spending much of his childhood exploring the countryside around his home.
