Jackanapes

A heartwarming Victorian-era novella that tells the story of a spirited and noble boy named Theodore, nicknamed “Jackanapes,” who grows up in a small English village. Raised by his loving aunt after his father’s death in battle, Jackanapes is known for his courage, kindness, and adventurous spirit. His deep friendship with Tony Johnson, a more cautious and humble boy, is central to the tale.

First published in 1884, this edition is derived from the original book with 20 black & white illustrations by Randolph Caldecott. As always, this edition is complete and unabridged.
