Charlotte Bronte

was a pioneering English novelist and the eldest of the famous Brontë sisters, whose literary works left an indelible mark on the 19th-century literary landscape. She was born in Thornton, West Yorkshire, England, into a clergyman's family, and her early life was marked by the loss of her mother and two older siblings, which profoundly influenced her later writings.
