The story about a mischievous marionette named Pinocchio and his poor, woodcarver father named Geppetto. Originally published as a series in an Italian newspaper as The Story of a Puppet, it quickly grew in popularity becoming a mainstay of children’s literature throughout the world. The book remains popular to this day having sold millions of copies worldwide.

First published in 1881, this edition of is derived from the book published in 1911 with 12 color and 110 black & white illustrations by Charles Folkard. As always, this edition is completed and unabridged.
